Over a career spanning 140 stellar cycles, he has authorized the clearance of 47 inhabited planetary bodies, 12 asteroid belts, and one rogue administrative office that had accumulated unacceptable filing backlogs. His zero-defect authorization record has never been successfully challenged in any tribunal.
